Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: 50% advance upon order confirmation. 50% balance prior to shipment. No shipping documents released until full payment is cleared.

Order Cancellation: Before shipment, 10% cancellation fee applies after payment. After shipment: no cancellations; refusal = forfeiture of 100% of invoice value.

Shipping & Risk: Default Incoterm: FOB (India). Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon shipment. 

Tea & Coffee: No returns once shipped due to perishable nature.

Manufacturing Defects: Claim within 7 days with photos. Remedies at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability: Maximum liability limited to invoice value. No liability for consequential damages (lost profits, etc.).

Governing Law: All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: New Delhi, India.

Force Majeure: Not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, etc.).
