Processing time varies based on the item's complexity. We will provide a specific Lead Time (number of days) in your Proforma Invoice.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the shipping documents and tracking information (e-way bill). We monitor the shipment status closely to ensure it reaches the destination port smoothly.
We coordinate dispatch and delivery through trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe shipment.
Please Note: While we strive to meet deadlines, shipping is subject to force majeure events, including but not limited to: port strikes, natural disasters, geopolitical issues, or customs holds. We will promptly communicate any known delays.
We partner with reliable freight forwarders to ensure your goods arrive safely. We handle all logistics, including:
• Packing (commercial and export standard)
• Documentation (Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List)
• Customs Clearance in India
Note: Import customs clearance, duties, and taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
