Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Bulk orders may require 10–15 business days. 

Incoterms (Default): FOB (named port in India). Our liability ends once the goods are loaded. Buyer assumes all risk and cost thereafter. 

Shipping Costs: Freight quoted separately and valid for 7 days. Buyer pays all shipping, insurance, and customs clearance costs. 

Transit Times - Courier: 3–7 days Air Freight: 5–10 days Sea Freight: 20–45 days (estimates only)

Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Delays due to customs are not our liability.

Packaging: All products are packed to international export standards. Wooden crating for sea freight complies with ISPM-15. 

Insurance: Not included automatically. Available upon request at Buyer’s expense.

Address Accuracy: Buyer is responsible for the correct shipping address. Incorrect addresses result in additional freight charges
