Inspection Window: Inspect all goods within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damage or shortage after this period will not be accepted.

No Change of Mind Returns - Wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, market conditions, or slow resale.

Handmade Variations: Scarves and carpets are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, size (±5%), and weave are inherent and not defects.

Tea & Coffee: Due to food safety regulations, tea and coffee are non-returnable once shipped. Quality claims require an unboxing video within 48 hours.

Manufacturing Defects: Claims for verifiable defects must be submitted within 7 days with photos. Remedies include a credit note or a proportional refund (shipping cost is non-refundable).

Shipping & Customs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refusal to pay import duties = order abandoned = no refund.
